Shepperton

Shepperton is a town in the municipality of Spelthorne Surrey in southern England, just outside London. She had 2001 10.796 inhabitants. In the south it borders on the River Thames and is shared by the M3 motorway. The name comes from Shepperton "Shepherd's Town" (Engl. For Shepherd city). Shepperton Shepperton Studios are located. Originally belonged to the County of Middlesex Shepperton. As was 1965 Greater London formed and dissolved in return Middlesex, one came to the county of Surrey. The River Ash flows in the north of the town.
