Midhurst

Midhurst is an industrial city in the English county of West Sussex. Its population is 4,889 (as of 2001). Midhurst is part of the Chichester district and lies on the River Rother. Midhurst there are two very interesting ruins, Tudor Cowdray House and Victorian Cowdray House. Other interesting buildings are "Midhurst Castle" and "Midhurst Church". The Midhurst Grammar School is the school Intermediate of the city and was founded in 1672, the most famous student was H. G. Wells.
