Dunblane is a small town in Scotland, near Stirling, with 8811 inhabitants. It is in the traditional county of Perthshire, and has been part of the reorganization of the Scottish Council for Administrative divisions Area Stirling. Dunblane is known for its historic cathedral, now a parish church (description at Dunblane Cathedral), and for an outstanding historic private library.
