Dudley is a city in the county of West Midlands in England. She counted 83,727 inhabitants (2011) and is the administrative seat of the Metropolitan Borough of Dudley with more than 310,000 inhabitants. Dudley is located south of Wolverhampton and is the largest city in the Black Country. The city center has traditionally been an exclave of Worcestershire, which is entirely surrounded by Staffordshire. For this reason it is still one of the diocese of Worcester.
