Paraguay

Paraguay (officially: República del Paraguay [re'puβlika del pɑɾɑ'ɣwaj]; in Guarani: Teta Paraguay) is a landlocked country in South America, of the east by Brazil, bordered to the south and west by Argentina and the north and west of Bolivia. The name of the state means "water that goes to the water," derived from the language of the indigenous people Guarani: pará ( "Ocean"), gua ( "to / from") and y ( "water"). The term refers to Guaraní usually only on the capital Asunción, but in Spanish on the entire national territory.
