or also called Taipa-Mangonui, Taipa Bay-Mangonui, is the name of a chain of small coastal resorts in the Far North District of the Northland region in the North Island of New Zealand. The places Taipa, Cable Bay, Cooper's Beach and Mangonui that of 1662 inhabitants with a total population (as of 2013) are grown together, lying on the Northland Peninsula on the south bank of Doubtless Bay. Taipa-Mangonui is 100 km air line and 150 road kilometers north-west of Whangarei and 20 km north-east of Kaitaia. This makes it the most northern center of New Zealand with a population of about 1,000 inhabitants.
