Tisens (Italian: Tesimo) is a municipality with 1902 inhabitants (as of 31 December 2015) in South Tyrol (Italy). It is located in the Adige Valley south of Merano. Particularly well-known is the municipality by the Tisner sweet chestnuts. Every year there is a big party in October, which bears the name "Keschtn Riggl".
