Malcesine (Veneto, Italy) is a city on the eastern shore of Lake Garda with 3736 inhabitants (December 31, 2015). Malcesine is often referred to as the "Pearl of Lake Garda". This term, however, are often other places like Riva del Garda or Limone sul Garda also gebracht.Heute in conjunction, the city is strongly influenced by tourism. Besides the towns Riva del Garda and Nago Malcesine is partly still popular as a city in the north of Lake Garda with windsurfers, kitesurfers and sailors because of their location to get started with the two main winds of the northern Garda Pelér and Ora. Malcesine from a cable car leads to the nearby village at 1760 meters Spino at the Monte Baldo. The Comune di Malcesine consists of the districts Cassone and Navene.
