Cremona (dt outdated. Kremun) is a city in Lombardy, Italy, on the left bank of the Po middle of the Po Valley (ital .: Pianura padana) with 71,901 inhabitants (December 31, 2015). At the same time Cremona is the administrative center of the province. The city was known in particular by the luthier families Amati, Guarneri and Stradivari.
