Castel di Tora is a municipality in the province of Rieti in the Italian region Lazio with 288 inhabitants (as of 31 December 2015). The place is located about 60 kilometers northeast of Rome. Until 1864 he was called Castel Vecchio and was then renamed after the (supposedly) located here ancient city Torah of the Sabines.
