Arezzo (Latin Arretium Etruscan Aritim) is a town with 99,543 inhabitants (December 31, 2015) in the central Italian region of Tuscany, north-east of Siena. It is the capital of the province and the fourth largest city in Tuscany (Florence, Livorno and Prato). With its merchant palaces, stately houses and religious buildings Arezzo is a jewel of medieval architecture and culture.
