Zeulenroda-Triebes is a small town in the east of Thuringia in the Thuringian Vogtland with around 17,000 inhabitants. It was created on 1 February 2006 by renaming Zeulenrodas after the merger of the towns of Zeulenroda and Triebes, was the city Triebes dissolved and incorporated to Zeulenroda. Zeulenroda-Triebes is the second largest town in the district Greiz and has the status of a middle center.
