The Dominican Republic (Spanish: Rep├║blica Dominicana) is a farm on the island of Hispaniola in the Greater Antilles between the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean island nation. It includes the east and the center of the island, while the western third of the state of Haiti occupies. The citizens are called in German Dominicans. The Dominican Republic is not to be confused with the small Caribbean island of Dominica 9 degrees east longitude and 3 degrees south (whose nationals Dominicans hot).
