Kupres is a large community (Općina) with 6,000 inhabitants in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The majority populated by Croats municipality is located in the north-western Herzegovina, in the canton of 10 Federation. Capital of the municipality is the town of Kupres. By the Bosnian War (1992-1995) the town Kupres formed next of three districts of the former unified community in the area of ​​Republika Srpska.
