Randwick is a district of City of Randwick in south-east of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It is located about 6 km south-east of Sydney's district (CBD) and is the administrative seat of the administrative area Randwick City. It is part of the "Eastern Suburbs" (eastern neighborhoods). Randwick is primarily a residential area with about 27,000 residents. There is also the Randwick Racecourse, on which hosts the most important horse race in Sydney.
